London Trusted Therapy Harley Street: A Broader Vision
Whilst my clinical practice remains at the heart of my work, founding London Trusted Therapy Harley Street allowed me to create something larger- a practice that embodies clinical excellence, authentic human
connection, and a commitment to systemic change in mental health care.
London Trusted Therapy brings together a multi-disciplinary team of fully accredited psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, and executive coaches (BACP, UKCP, HCPC registered). Each member of our team shares a commitment to evidence-based practice, compassion, and
creating genuine therapeutic relationships.
Many of us, including myself, are neurodivergent - bringing both professional expertise and lived understanding to our work.

Our Research & Innovation
I remain actively involved in research collaborations, including work with Professor Yasuhiro Suzuki's Vibrotactile Lab in Tokyo and the University of Nagoya, exploring embodied approaches to trauma and anxiety. We're committed to holistic, evidence-based interventions that reduce reliance on medication whilst building genuine psychological resilience.
Our Values
We're proud to work with major UK and global insurers as an approved mental health provider, making quality therapy accessible to more people.

LAMP - London Academy of Modern Psychology
For decades, the walls of Harley Street have held some of the most refined clinical knowledge in mental health. Our consulting rooms have witnessed thousands of hours of deep therapeutic work, research, and innovation. But here's what I've come to believe: expertise this valuable shouldn't live only within the privileged geography of W1.
That's why I'm launching LAMP – the London Academy of Modern Psychology. Not as another corporate training platform with glossy promises, but as a genuine bridge between the clinical excellence we've built at Harley Street and the people who need it most, wherever they are.
LAMP provides modular courses designed by our clinical team – psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and executive coaches – each bringing decades of hands-on experience. These aren't theoretical programmes. They're distilled from real therapeutic encounters, research insights, and the
kind of wisdom that only comes from sitting with people through their most difficult moments.
We create courses for:
Every LAMP course emerges from clinical practice, not marketing departments. We're drawing on existential-phenomenological approaches, neurodiversity-affirming practice, attachment theory, and relational perspectives – the same frameworks that inform our Harley Street work. But we
translate them into accessible, practical modules that respect your intelligence and lived experience.
These courses reach you in the comfort of your home when you need them, without waiting lists or geographical barriers. Because good mental health support shouldn't require a W1 postcode.
Launching March 2026
Life doesn't wait for convenient moments to shift beneath our feet.
Separation, divorce, bereavement, relocating to new countries, changing schools – these transitions hit families hard, and children are exquisitely attuned to what's left unsaid.
"Parenting in Transition" is for parents and families navigating these difficult passages.
We'll explore:
I've designed, created, and recorded this inaugural course to launch LAMP and establish what I hope will become many years of contribution by our
entire clinical team to the psychological education of communities across the UK and internationally.
The course draws from attachment research, developmental psychology, and countless clinical hours with families in crisis. It's practical, compassionate, and built for real parents facing real challenges.
The mental health field is flooded with content promising transformation. Much of it is superficial, some of it is actively harmful. LAMP exists because I believe people deserve better – they deserve the same quality of clinical thinking and ethical rigour that informs our private practice, made accessible beyond our consulting rooms.
We're not here to sell you certainty or quick fixes. We're here to share what we've learned from decades of clinical work, research, and our own journeys through difficulty. Sometimes that's enough to make the difference.
LAMP launches in March 2026 with "Parenting in Transition."
More courses will follow as we continue building this bridge between Harley Street and your home.

It is a working title of my new book for teenagers , their parents and grandparents which is being written with teenagers, critiqued and revised by them.
It is a book on building resilience, happiness and well-being and will be presented as a graphic novel, conceptually illustrated by a young and very talented illustrator, Ms Natalka Soiko. I have worked with Natalka on my first book “ Anxie the Hedgehog”, her work is truly magical and we work together really well. Natalka and her family are currently based in the Ukraine, which makes our collaboration even more poignant for me. She has a beautiful studio in Kamyanets Podilskiy ( Western Ukraine) and runs a dog shelter for the animals abandoned by or separated with their owners during the war. Should you wish to support her humanitarian work in animal care, please email me directly and I will put you in touch with her.
Here are some abstracts from the new book to give you a taste of it.
“The idea of this book was long in the making : I wanted to do a book for teenagers as I always loved working with them. I am grateful to them as I keep continuously learning from them, they inspire me with their courage and honesty, they amaze me with their wit and deceit. I am also acutely aware how much we have collectively let them down as a society, as responsible adults.”…
“The idea of this book is to provide certain reference points , some of which could already be known to you , and bring them all together backed by my personal reflections as a therapist . When possible, I would supplement them with clinically tried and tested tools and strategies , which you might consider trying to help you down regulate, manage your anxiety or anger and build some healthy habits…. These anchoring points or concepts , if you like, developed by myself as a therapist over the years of my clinical practice, come highly recommended by my numerous clients who encouraged me to write this book. This does not mean that all of them will work for you, as with any practice, to make it work - we need to make it our own . To give the book some structure and help you remember some of my well-being techniques, I decided to use the alphabet and be a little playful about it : at the end, the book might look like an organised creative chaos with ideas, tools , thoughts, reflections and strategies intertwined, described and graphically represented. I consciously wanted this book to be also an art book , and have an illustration to demonstrate every idea in a vivid and aesthetically appealing way . For example, I like using the metaphor of a House to represent the concept of Well-Being , I created the phrase Well-Being House…”
And, finally, a bit about myself
I like the sea, philosophy, fashion, books, dogs, theatre and walks in nature.
